What Matters Most

All that came before has now drawn itself back into the æther. That is how it should be if fate is anything more than just a dream.

What matters most are the abilities I walk away with. A virtual treasure trove, delicately sponged from a thousand posts offered to an ungrateful platform.

Gratitude was never really the goal here anyway.

What matters most exits with me.

  1. I’m having a different problem. My list of Referrers has been (ahem) modified. Whatfinger, one of my largest referrers over the last couple of years, has been wiped clean.
    No sign of it at all even in the All Time option.
    What’s that supposed to achieve? I’ve got no idea at all.

    • Wow, that’s really strange. Sounds like a it could be a glitch but given all of the WP shenanigan’s that go on around here it could also be intentional. WP has found really interesting ways to censor what they don’t like. I wouldn’t be surprised.

    • It sucks what WP has done with your site as well. You’re one of the few bloggers left on WP worth reading. I’ll catch up on your posts as soon as I’ve put some time away from WP.

    • I’m going to take a break from WP for a while. I recently had to switch jobs, so my time online will be severely limited.

      Also, I purged everything from my site (Crandew) except for a music pg and the ‘about’ pg… yet still I’m shadow banned! I wanted to see if anything would change after getting rid of whatever post triggered their algorithm, but they must have ‘Crandew’ on a black list.

      WP is so dumb. How many people have they driven off now? Crazy times.

      • I’m sorry to hear that! All of your hard work gone because of WP’s nonsense. I also deleted many posts before, I probably will again. Good luck with your new job.

      • Thanks Judy! I figure that my posts are gone but I got plenty of writing/editing experience out of it.

        I plan on posting occasionally just to see if the shadow banning restriction ever gets lifted, but I doubt it ever will.

        Also, I got to meet quite a few great bloggers (you included)… so it’s all good.

      • You’re welcome, Crandew! I hope you do still post, the censorship is everywhere unfortunately. I’ve sliwed down on posting but will continue but I might shift my approach a little. I want to inform but not depress my audience (too much) but reality is bleak so there’s only so much I can do. Glad to have meet you too, my friend.
